Bona Fide Medical Wound + Wellness will permanently close effective September 4, 2026.

It has been our privilege to provide your wound care and orthopaedic care. We are sincerely grateful for the opportunity to have served our patients and appreciate the trust you have placed in us.

Continuing Your Care

If you are currently receiving treatment in our clinic, we encourage you to arrange follow-up care as soon as possible to avoid any interruption in your care. We recommend contacting your primary care physician or your insurance company for assistance in locating a provider who can continue your treatment.

Medical Records

If you choose to continue your orthopaedic care with Dr. Richard Barber or have selected another healthcare provider for your wound care or orthopaedic care, please complete, sign, and return an Authorization for Release of Medical Records so we may forward your medical records to the provider of your choice. Your records will be sent promptly upon receipt of your signed authorization.

Please note that your medical records are confidential and may only be released to another healthcare provider with your written authorization.
